Gezina, Pretoria: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR VEHICLE DEALERSHIP
Minimum Requirements:
-NON BEE Female, preferably aged approximately 24 – 35 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
-Matric / Grade 12
-Experience in automotive sector / vehicle dealer A MUST
-Reception experience and excellent telephone etiquette
-Strong administration skills
-Vibrant and energetic
-Eager to learn and grow within the company
-Ability to work under pressure essential
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Professional, organized, neat and presentable
-Trustworthy and reliable
-Stable employment record
-Contactable References
-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediately
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 08h00am – 17h00pm, and every third Saturday from 07h30am – 13h00pm
Duties:
-Full reception function for vehicle dealership
-Client liaison
-Licensing and registration of vehicles (training will be provided)
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 10 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on experience)
