R18 – 20 000.00 per month (negotiable)

This construction project management company based in Durbanville; Cape Town is souring a Personal Assistant to join their team. This is not your run of the mill Administrator, this company requires someone with a knack for research, ability to multi-task, is detail orientated, takes instruction well and can work independently. You need to be someone who can handle pressure and not be sensitive when emotions are high due to the high volumes of work and the pressure of project deadlines.
This role will be remote for the first few months and you will receive instruction via Trello and be responsible for completing all tasks by the deadline, working over-time if needed.
General Administration such as email and diary management, call screening, document support, minutes, arrange meetings, travel arrangements and purchasing for the office
Costings, quotes and invoicing
Product research and procurement
Ensure all communications both internally and externally are updated regularly and any concerns are escalated to management
Attend site meetings and document minutes
Coordinate events when needed
Record, manage and escalate any project issues
Liaise with suppliers, obtain quotes, obtain approval, agree on timelines, arrange for the installation and conduct a monthly recon on the relevant account and tracking platform/systems
Good computer literacy with the ability to learn new software, quickly
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Able to research and source products from manufacturers or local and international suppliers.
Must be detail orientated with creative problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
