REQUIREMENTS :
Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification) with relevant experience.
Recommendations: Experience in creating, maintaining and administering information databases.
B-degree/National Diploma (NQF level 6).
Competencies: Communication (written and verbal) skills in at least three of the two official languages of the Western Cape.
Proven computer literacy.
Interpersonal, organising and human relation skills.

DUTIES :
Updating of registers and statistics.
Handling routine enquiries.
Make photocopies and receive or send e-mails/facsimile.
Distribute documents/packages to various stakeholders as required.
Keep and maintain the filing system for Non-financial data and for management assessments projects in the chief directorate.
Type letters and/or other correspondence when required.
Keep and maintain the incoming and outgoing document register of the component.
Provide assistance with the conducting of performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting in relation to Non-Financial data (NFD) and management assessments projects (MPAT).
Provide high level administrative support such as assistance with line function special projects.
Provide assistance with the horizontal and vertical alignment processes aimed at streamlining the accurate reporting of non-financial data of programmes/and management assessments projects (MPAT).
