REQUIREMENTS :
Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification).
Recommendation: Appropriate administrative experience.
Competencies: A good understanding of the following: National Land Transport Act 5 (2009).
BPM (Business Process Management).
National Transport Regulations.
Code of conduct.
SOP conditions.
Public Service Act.
Proven computer literacy.
Good communication (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Reliable.
Analytical skills.
Planning and organising.
Problem solving.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

DUTIES :
Gazetting of applications on operating system.
Publish application in government gazette.
Referrals of gazetting.
Effective utilization of the primary operating system.
Research on electronic content management system.
Additional tasks: assist with the processing of applications.
Assist clients in person and telephonically.
