REQUIREMENTS :
Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification).
Recommendations: None.
Competencies: A good understanding of the following: ECM, PERSAL and PERMIS system.
Proven computer literacy.
Administrative skills.
Planning and organising skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Basic numeracy skills.
Communication (written and verbal) skills in at least two of the three official languages in the Western Cape.

DUTIES :
Provide effective office administration services through the establishment and maintenance of systems and databases to support follow-up actions and reporting operations.
Provide logistical support e.
g.
ordering of stationary and arranging meetings, minute taking and recording keeping.
Do follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders on human resource management, Development and Infrastructure/Office Accommodation.
