REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
Experience: Appropriate administration and data experience.
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Basic knowledge and experience in Office Administration, Financial and Procurement Administration.
Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
Computer Literacy (i.
e.
MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in capturing and managing of data on PHCIS.

A practical competency test will be part of the interview process.

Effective management of appointments and defaulters.
Effective data management, capturing and administration.
Validation of data and support to end-user.
