Public Administration/ Human Resource Management with 0-Good understanding of the Public Service Legislative and Regulatory framework.
Sound knowledge of PERSAL, LOGIS and BAS.
Understanding of procurement processes, asset management and financial management.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Advanced computer skills and a valid cence.
