A B Degree/ National Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development /Management of Training/ Human Resource Management.
Certificate in CIP will be an added advantage.
5 Human Resource Development Management environment of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level (level 8).
A valid Driving license.
Competencies: Training and facilitation skills, Computer Literacy, Good Communication (verbal & written),Project Management, Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills, People management.
Knowledge of National and Provincial HRD Strategy, Persal System.
Manage and supervise PMDS processes in the Entity.
Supervise the implementation of Training and Development of employees.
Supervise the implementation of Learnerships and Internship Programmes.
Administer the development of Workplace Skills Plan and implementation.
Development and implementation of Performance Reward and Recognition programmes.
Development of Annual Training Plan.
Facilitate employee departmental and compulsory induction programmes.
Facilitate the implementation of ABET and TVET Training.
Manage resources of the unit (financial and human resources).
Provide monthly reports.
