Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
A valid code 08 driving licence (Manual).
Recommendations A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience.
Registry/ Records Management course.
Competencies: A good understanding of the following: Provincial Archive and Records Services of the Western Cape Act (Act no.
3 of 2005).
Public Services Act, Regulations and Code of conduct.
Batho Pele principles.
Registry policy and procedure manual.
Managing data base and filing system.
Communication (verbal and written) skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
Administration of historical records.
Transport services for Record Management and registry.
Assist in conducting audits, inspection and review.
